About Elizabeth F. Perillo

Hi, I’m Liz, and real estate has been part of my life from the beginning.

I’m a lifelong local and real estate professional with a unique blend of industry experience, legal knowledge, and a deep commitment to helping others achieve their goals.

After earning my degree from Rutgers University, I spent over ten years in corporate real estate and insurance, managing bank-acquired properties, analyzing risk, and working with national brokerages. I hold a Paralegal Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where I studied real estate law, contracts, and litigation. I’ve also worked closely with attorneys throughout my career. That legal and corporate foundation gives me an edge in navigating complex transactions.

Today, I focus on residential real estate in the greater New Providence area, including Berkeley Heights, Chatham, Green Village, Madison, Scotch Plains, and Summit. I’ve lived or worked in each of these communities and currently call New Providence home. My husband and I both grew up in Chatham, and our children graduated from New Providence High School. I know what it’s like to raise a family here, and what buyers are seeking.
